Most client activities are conducted at home and/or in the client's community. Clients can access the team 24 hours/day, 7 days a week. If they are experiencing a mental health crisis, a team member will travel to the client's location to provide support.

The long-term skilled nursing program can accommodate a wide range of conditions, including catheter, feeding tube, intravenous care, along with complex bandaging and wound dressing.
