It offers both short-term summer jobs and long-term career development, addressing employment barriers and the youth's physical, emotional, and mental health needs through services like case management, skill development, and workshops.

Chicago Park District offers a 6-week long summer day camp where youth can engage in sports, arts, fitness, and outdoor activities. All services are confidential. Services includeCase Management, Budget Assistance, Economic Empowerment, First-time homeowners information, Home Management and Housing Advocacy, and Individual and Family Counseling.

Alcoholics Anonymous - Chicago Help Line provides emergency telephone counseling to assist individuals in a crisis to minimize the risk of trauma.

El Hogar Del Niño (now a part of Brightpoint) offers Early Head Start/Head Start and Child Care services through their Family Child Care Homes (FCCH) program. They currently coordinate one home located around Chicago's southwest side; Rosa's Daycare has been a partner since 2001, which provides services to children ranging from six weeks to five years of age. The family childcare setting promotes small group sizes of 5-8 children within the home and offers opportunities for siblings to be cared for together. It also promotes an environment that is comfortable and feels like home, while supporting children's needs and their learning experiences to the fullest potential.

Erie Neighborhood House offers classes to equip individuals and families with the tools, resources, and knowledge they need to be healthy and achieve well-being through nutrition programs, workshops, public benefits assistance, and more.

The CFHC Hypertension Program offers home monitoring for patients with chronic hypertension. Patients receive free blood pressure monitors to encourage them to regularly check their blood pressure at home. A CFHC clinical team monitors their readings remotely and provides proper instructions, information, and resources.

Housing Authority of Cook County administers the Family Self-Sufficiency (FSS) Program, funded by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), which aims to to empower people to take control of their lives by becoming independent, productive members of their communities.Families will work with FSS coordinators to figure out their individual goals-reducing debt, getting a degree, starting a new career, becoming a homeowner, and more. As household income increases, HACC manages an escrow account to help families build financial assets. Families who successfully complete the program will receive a payout from the escrow account to put towards their goals. Eligible participants of the FSS program may also participate in the Homeownership Program which can help first-time homebuyers with affording a mortgage.
