Requirements for New Clients:New clients will be asked to fill out an intake form with the following information:Client's name, date of birth, gender, and zip code. At a minimum, we request the number of household members, their relationship to client, their age and gender.While not explicitly required, household members names, their date of birth, dietary restrictions, and income, will help with determining what food to stock, as well as general stats.You can find a copy of the intake form here. Please bring a completed copy to expedite the registration process.If you are interested in becoming a volunteer, you can find the form here. ID not required.NOTE: If you have visited any pantry partnered with the Greater Chicago Food Depository, chances are you are already registered in the system. If you have a GREEN or WHITE Food Depository Card, these can be used at this location.Location Rules/Guidelines:ONE (1) family/household is allowed ONE (1) visit per month. This resets on the first day of each month.Bringing a cart is or other means of transporting items being picked up is recommended.You will be provided with a number to keep your place, please inform any staff or volunteers if you are unable to wait in line.Not everyone will receive the exact same type or amount of food. Food is distributed on a First-Come First-Serve Basis.Carts and other items will be REMOVED if left unattended. We are not responsible for lost items.DO NOT lock carts to the entrance, this is a safety hazard and locks will be cut.DO NOT take photographs without requesting permission.For the sake of everyone's safety, we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who: 1. verbally abuses staff, volunteers, or other clients. 2. is intoxicated. 3. is smoking on the premises. 4. exhibits violent behavior. 5. brings gang paraphernalia (colors, caps, etc.). 6. has weapons on their person.If necessary, police personnel will handle behavioral problems that pose a potential threat or disrupts service.

Agents of Hope Food Pantry is a vital initiative aimed at addressing food insecurity among refugee families in Chicago.Many refugees face significant challenges in accessing nutritious food due to language barriers, limited resources, and unfamiliarity with the local community. Our Food Pantry seeks to bridge this gap by providing a welcoming and culturally sensitive environment where families can obtain essential groceries and other necessities.This pantry is operated in partnership with the Greater Chicago Food Depository.
