Service is provided on a temporary or permanent basis. Library materials include free digital, audio and braille formats of books, magazines and music.

This includes insulation, air sealing (i.e. caulking and weather stripping), lighting upgrades, or other measures shown to reduce energy costs. Program is open as funds are available.
