Provides a library materials home delivery service for individuals who cannot leave home due to temporary or permanent illness, and or accident, disabilities or other mobility issues. Service is provided on a temporary or permanent basis. Library materials include free digital, audio and braille formats of books, magazines and music. 

Patients in supportive care may receive visits or phone calls from a nurse practitioner, a nurse, or a social worker. Supportive care offers visits at FHN offices and at FHN Memorial Hospital, in long-term care facilities, and in the home for those unable to travel to the clinic due to physical disabilities or distressing symptoms.

Provides services for children and youth, including crisis intervention through immediate assistance to address emotional distress, defuse crises, ensure safety, and guide next steps toward resolution.

Offers short-term stabilization for children at risk of self-harm or harming others, individual and family psychotherapy/counseling, mental health assessments, case management, resource linkage assistance, and psychiatric services. 

Offers healthcare services for seniors, which includes health assessments, medication management, individual, group, and family therapy, fall prevention, home modifications, and health and wellness training.

Provides immediate, walk-in care for minor injuries and non-emergency illnesses that are not life-threatening but need early attention. Common conditions include sore throat, pink eye, flu, sprains, and strains.

Provides vaccines to children whose parents or guardians may not be able to afford them. Vaccines available through the VFC Program are those recommended by the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP). These vaccines protect babies, young children, and adolescents from certain diseases.

Helping Homes is designed to help elderly and low-income customers reduce their energy costs through energy-saving home improvements. This includes insulation, air sealing (i.e. caulking and weather stripping), lighting upgrades, or other measures shown to reduce energy costs. Program is open as funds are available.

Offers a drive-thru food distribution where you can receive a box of food, including meat, produce and pantry items.

Helps individuals who have had involvement with the justice system to navigate resources, find stability, and obtain training and employment.

Offers a matching fund program to help with utility bills for Ameren customers only.

Provides outpatient services include treatment and specialized therapies to manage substance abuse, assessment and treatment planning, individual and group therapy, case coordination, DUI evaluation, information and referral, and intervention services.

Offers to connect pregnant and parenting teens in the foster care system to community-based supportive services that can meet their unique needs including home visiting and doula services. Home Visiting programs providing specially-trained home visitors who work with parents to build their skills and promote their children’s healthy development.

Provides a variety of primarily financial assistance for older adults. Services intended as one-time assistance.

Services include Medical care, supplies, and medication, assistive technology, nutrition services, material aid (purchasing of food, clothing, furniture, etc.), transportation.

Provides Information and Referral for cancer-related programs.

Offers a coaching program comprising six to eight sessions over four or five months in an older adult's home. The older adult learns about what depression is and helps them develop the skills to have more active, satisfying, self-sufficient lives. Useful for older adults with mild to moderate depression symptoms.

Woman and infant health care services to assist with a healthy pregnancy and to promote the infant's healthy development.
