Open to those who have CWLP electric service in their names (or the name of their legal spouse), own and live in the home they wish to have weatherized, and meet HUD’s total household income guidelines; Mobile homes, apartments, and rental homes do not qualify

Helping Homes is designed to help elderly and low-income customers reduce their energy costs through energy-saving home improvements. This includes insulation, air sealing (i.e. caulking and weather stripping), lighting upgrades, or other measures shown to reduce energy costs. Program is open as funds are available.
