Solutions for Care is a state-designated Adult Protective Services (APS) agency through the Illinois Department on Aging which investigates Abuse, Neglect, Financial Exploitation, and Self-Neglect of individuals ages 18-59 living with a documented disability and anyone age 60 and over.

The Adult Protective Services Program is locally coordinated through 38 provider agencies designated by the Regional Area Agency on Aging and the Illinois Department on Aging.
