Shore Community Services Services manages the Patricia Lloyd Townhomes in Evanston and scattered-site apartments in Evanston and Skokie, which comprise the Supported Living Arrangements Program (SLA). The Townhomes are a row of five two-story units, each housing two individuals who are able to live more independently. Ten individuals live in the homes, and many have community employment. Residents are responsible for themselves and their homes. The residents in apartments have intermittent contact with staff. Services are provided on an as-needed basis and include: budgeting, housekeeping training, interpersonal counseling, case management, cooking, shopping, and transportation training.

Clearbrook's PAL Program is an innovative partnership between families, service providers, and the community. PAL provides opportunities for continued learning for young adults over 18 years of age with developmental disabilities and physical challenges who have graduated out of the school system. Participants of PAL attend the program five days a week and enjoy community-based experiences through volunteer opportunities, educational experiences, and recreational activities. Oak-Leyden's Community Living Services Program operates 12 residential community homes for residents with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
