Eligibility
- Restricted to ages 18+- Restricted to individuals with an intellectual and/or other developmental disability- Must be eligible for SSI/SSDI and Medicaid- Must have substantial limitations in three or more of the major life activities; i.e., self-care, language, learning, mobility, self-direction, and capacity for independent living- Must have the ability to maintain or stabilize behavior so it is not a danger to themselves or others- Must have willingness to participate in meaningful day activities

Shore Community Services Services' Community Integrated Living Arrangements (CILA) consists of three sites: a home in Evanston for two men, a home in Skokie for six men, and a home in Skokie for seven women.24-hour staff supervision is provided in each home to help individuals with specialized needs become as independent as they are able.The goal of the CILAs is to deliver services that provide for the total array of mental health and developmental service needs to support and ensure integrated community living.
