Shore Community Services Services offers Home-Based Services (HBS) to individuals, ages three to adult, with an intellectual or other developmental disability who have received an Illinois Department of Human Services award letter that states they have access to funding for services provided by the HBS program.

North Center's Adult Day Service Program is funded by the Department of Human Services, private funds, and donations. The program serves individuals with developmental disabilities. Adult programming at Little City is open to both residents and the community at large and provides a wide range of offerings to help participants flourish in settings that support their specific needs. Community Day Services provides adults with activities that enable them to become more independent, productive, and integrated into the community.

Clearbrook provides occupational, physical, and speech therapy from licensed practitioners and assistants to aid in the treatment of individuals with developmental disabilities. Participants receive routine evaluations as well as ongoing individual therapy in private and group sessions which are integrated into the clients' day program environments. For individuals who have incidences of behavior problems, Clearbrook will work with them to positively enhance their relationship with other people and their surrounding environment.

CTF Illinois Community Day Services are weekday programs that provide a structured learning environment for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities to acquire new skills while increasing interaction with their peers and community. Clearbrook's PAL Program is an innovative partnership between families, service providers, and the community. PAL provides opportunities for continued learning for young adults over 18 years of age with developmental disabilities and physical challenges who have graduated out of the school system.
