An alcohol and drug evaluation (Uniform Report) will determine the client's treatment classification (the number of hours you will need to complete) to satisfy the court and/or the Secretary of State for driver's license reinstatement.

Case management includes an assessment of family needs and assists in the development of the Family Action Plan, information and referral, financial literacy, nutrition education and enrollment in other FSACE, agency, and community programs. Clients may be eligible for financial assistance to address other barriers. Any financial assistance will be paid directly to the approved provider.

GSDC's Residential Assistance Center is Southwest Chicago's only no-cost, one-stop shop for comprehensive housing and financial support services.
