Training Observation Practice Program (T.O.P.) is an approved WIOA program geared towards students who are interested in gaining an Automotive Service Excellence Certificate (ASE), which is recognized by the automotive industry. The T.O.P. program has three categories a student will learn about: 'Under the Hood' (A1-A9) or the 'Auto Maintenance and Light Repair' (G1).
