Serves as health center with variety of outpatient services. Provides Pediatric Services, Women's Health Services, Primary Care Services, and Dental Services. Pediatric Health Services: Provides complete care to children from birth to age 18. Services include: developmental assessments, hearing and dental screening, basic vision testing, immunizations, and lead testing. Women's Health Services: Provides wide range of outpatient comprehensive services for women of all ages. Services include counseling, prenatal, and gynecological care. Primary Care Services: Offers broad spectrum of personal and community services directed at individuals and families of all races, genders and ages who are unable to access the private medical sector. Dental Care Services: Provides primary dental care for children and adults. Services include: dental exams, cleaning, and referrals to Orthodontics.

Offers a monthly food box for Lake County residents in need.

Offers affordable housing for low-income veterans and their families. Housing options include apartments, rental housing, and lease-to-own single-family homes.

Provides law enforcement and emergency services within the City of Barrington Hills. Works with the community to promote safety, reduce crime, and preserve peace.

Coordinates educational services for students who are experiencing homelessness. Acts as a link between family, shelter, and school to serve the needs of the student.

Provides services to individuals with severe disabilities so they can remain independent in their homes. Offers the following program options for independence:

• Personal Assistant (PA): Provides assistance with household tasks, personal care and, with permission of a doctor, certain health care procedures. PAs are selected, employed, and supervised by individual customers.

• Homemaker Services: Personal care provided by trained and professionally supervised personnel for customers who are unable to direct the services of a PA. Instruction and assistance in household management and self-care are also available.

• Maintenance Home Health: Services provided through a treatment plan prescribed by a physician or other health care professional. Other services include nursing care and physical, occupational, and speech therapy.

• Electronic Home Response: Emergency response system offered by hospitals and community service organizations. This rented signaling device provides 24-hour emergency coverage, permitting the individual to alert trained professionals at hospitals, fire departments, or police departments.

• Home Delivered Meals: Provided to individuals who can feed themselves but are unable to prepare food.

• Adult Day Care: The direct care and supervision of customers in a community-based setting to promote their social, physical, and emotional well-being.

• Assistive Equipment: Devices or equipment either purchased or rented to increase an individual's independence and capability to perform household and personal care tasks at home.

• Environmental Modification: Modifications in the home that help compensate for loss of ability, strength, mobility or sensation; increase safety in the home, and decrease dependence on direct assistance from others.

• Respite Services: Temporary care for adults and children with disabilities aimed at relieving stress to families. Respite services may be provided for vacation, rest, errands, family crisis or emergency. Services may include personal assistant, homemaker or home health.

Also provides specialized services for people with HIV/AIDS and/or traumatic brain injuries (TBI). The Community Reintegration Program helps individuals with disabilities who live in nursing homes move into community with the supports they need to live as independently as possible.

Provides mental health counseling services for youth dealing with depression or anxiety.

Provides law enforcement and emergency services within the City of Lake Forest. Works with the community to promote safety, reduce crime, and preserve peace.

Offers resources and services designed to meet the learning needs of the community. Also provides programs that introduce and encourage reading. Offers access to public computers. Helps navigate and connect with services by providing referrals and information.

Designated location that provides relief from extreme heat or cold for at-risk citizens. Center does not provide provisions or care. For relief from the heat or cold only.

Provides in-person crisis intervention for adults experiencing any kind of crisis. Provides the assistance of recovery support specialists within a safe environment. Also serves as a wellness center with the following support services: · Referrals for community resources · Shower facilities · Recreational activities · Healthy refreshments · Comfortable living room to rest or relax · Safety planning · Transportation assistance for referred services

Provides 24/7 Helpline to report missing or exploited children. Callers can report the following issues: Suspected online enticement of children for sexual acts Extra-familial child sexual molestation Child pornography Child sex tourism Child sex trafficking Unsolicited obscene materials sent to a child Misleading domain names, words, or digital images on the internet

Offers a weekly food pantry for individuals and families in need. Provides fresh produce, meat, dairy products, shelf-stable foods, and feminine hygiene products. Also offers a monthly diaper distribution for pre-registered guests.

Assists Chinese citizens on legal issues, protection issues, and the documentation process. This Consulate General covers nine states in the Midwest of the U.S.

Offers health literacy and educational workshops. Topics include cancer, cardiovascular disease, nutrition, osteoporosis, and sexually transmitted infections. Also offers mammograms and screenings for blood sugar, cholesterol, osteoporosis, and blood pressure. Screenings are offered every third week of the month. Other services include:
