Taxi-Cab Coupons: Provides taxi cab coupons for seniors and adults with disabilities. Coupons may be used for one way rides to and from Highland Park Hospital and are valued at $4.25.

Allows seniors to defer part or all the property taxes on their personal residence up to $7,500 annually. The following principles apply: This is a state loan with a 3% simple interest rate Repayment upon death or sale of home A lien will be placed on the property The program may be utilized for multiple years, if qualifications are met Participants may apply for other senior tax programs in addition to the deferral program

Services include: developmental assessments, hearing and dental screening as well as basic vision testing, immunizations, and lead testing. Women's Health Services: Provides a wide range of comprehensive outpatient services for women of all ages. Services include counseling, prenatal, and gynecological care. Primary Care Services: Offers a broad spectrum of personal and community services directed at individuals and families of all races, genders and ages who are unable to access the private medical sector. Dental Care Services: Provides primary dental care for children and adults. Services include: dental exams, cleaning, and referrals to Orthodontics.

Offers free sewing classes for adults. Teaches participants how to use a sewing machine to make clothing and home products. Most items are donated to community members in need.
