Families with enrolled children have access to a monthly free diaper drive hosted by the agency.

UCAN's Teen Parenting Service Network works exclusively with pregnant and parenting youth in DCFS care and their families statewide. Services are available to case management and placement providers as well as to parents and their families. In managing statewide services for pregnant and parenting teens under a single umbrella, UCAN aims to provide seamless service and a full continuum of care. UCAN staff members are trained to identify and treat the serious effects of trauma while enhancing the parenting capacity of youth in their provision of clinical counseling, educational coaching, leadership training, new birth assessments and doula assistance.

Le Penseur Youth & Family Services' One Summer Chicago Youth Employment targets residents that reside in the City of Chicago. Part of the summer program is to recruit and establish placement partnerships with businesses throughout Chicago. They currently have over 150 partnerships in the following industries; Hospitality, food and beverages, legal transportation, child care, educational institutions, government institutions, technology, health, manufacturing, and retail. This employment placement for youth is designed to cultivate their career paths.

The Chicago Urban League's Housing and Financial Empowerment Center (HFEC) works to support community-based investment and growth by facilitating homeownership and wealth building.HFEC is a HUD-approved housing counseling agency that provides low- to moderate-income residents with professional housing counseling assistance. We provide mortgage delinquency and default resolution counseling, pre-purchase counseling, financial capability coaching, and rental counseling. We also offer educational workshops in the areas of financial management budget counseling, homebuyer education, foreclosure prevention, and non-delinquency post-purchase.

Oakton College offers free noncredit ESL and Citizenship classes for adults 16 years and older whose native language is not English. Classes may be offered both virtually and in-person.

Faith Community of St. Sabina's Peace Makers program is dedicated to helping young men walk away from gang and gun violence by providing them with wrap-around services such as mentoring, education, and employment opportunities. St. Sabina has four Peace Maker Outreach Workers, who provide resources to youth in the community and refer them to various programs that will help get them off of the street. The outreach workers also serve as mediators amongst gang members, working to deescalate potential violent behavior or gang retaliation before it occurs.
