The Humboldt Park Outreach Program (HPOP) focuses its bilingual services on adults and children living in the community to increase their safety and self-esteem and to help them better understand the resources available to assist them. HPOP is a community-based counseling outreach program for those victims of domestic violence who either have left a shelter and begun independent living or have not yet made the decision to leave their abuser. Clients who are deemed eligible for this program after the intake process may also access free diapers from the agency.
