Lutheran Social Services of Illinois (LSSI) Project IMPACT is a 24/7 behavioral health crisis program embedded in West Suburban Medical Center's emergency department. Project IMPACT crisis clinicians are available to meet with patients experiencing behavioral health and/or substance use crises who may be in need of services. Clinicians complete comprehensive assessments, provide linkage to resources, and assist with the coordination of safe and appropriate discharge plans.

Haven Youth and Family Services offers individual counseling for children, youth, and adults. Additionally, they offer family counseling, parenting support, and couples/relationship counseling.

Polish American Association's (PAA) Domestic Violence program offers bilingual comprehensive services to survivors and victims of domestic violence and their vulnerable family members. The Humboldt Park Outreach Program (HPOP) focuses its bilingual services on adults and children living in the community to increase their safety and self-esteem and to help them better understand the resources available to assist them. HPOP is a community-based counseling outreach program for those victims of domestic violence who either have left a shelter and begun independent living or have not yet made the decision to leave their abuser. Clients who are deemed eligible for this program after the intake process may also access free diapers from the agency.

The Community Healing Resource Center provides holistic healing services and trauma-informed care to people impacted by gun violence and other forms of violence, directly or indirectly. Their model not only serves victims of violent crimes and their families but the entire community as well. They know that everyone who resides in the community is impacted by the trauma of violence.

Leyden Family Services' crisis program provides 24-hour emergency coverage, seven days a week, for individuals and families in emotional distress. The Mental Health Crisis Care Program provides Crisis Stabilization Services on a 24-hour basis, 365 days per year. Services are offered on or off-site. If due to limited coverage, or they are unable to assist an individual, the program will connect them with other crisis services within the 988 network. Turning Point Behavioral Health Care Center provides Emergency Service (EST) on a 24/7 basis for all residents of Niles Township and adult residents of Northfield/New Trier Township, including adult clients at the Josselyn Center in Northfield. No one who calls EST experiencing a psychiatric crisis is denied access to services unless the client has been administratively discharged from EST as a result of misuse of the service.

Village of Deerfield Social Services Department is available to assist residents who experience crises for the following and more: divorce/family conflict, domestic violence/sexual assault, suicide risk/grief support, parent/child stress, mental health concerns, substance use issues, and financial crisis. Crisis intervention is a time-limited intervention with a specific psychotherapeutic approach to immediately stabilize those in crisis. The Social Workers provide short-term solution focused counseling and referrals to community resources to individuals and families as needed.
