Polish American Association (PAA) provides culturally specific outpatient and intensive outpatient treatment to Polish-speaking individuals who abuse alcohol or drugs or are chemically dependent. Their outpatient groups are offered throughout the week in evening hours.

LifeHouse Behavioral Health provides outpatient treatment and services for clients diagnosed with substance use disorders. They are a SUPR certified Level I and Level II treatment center. All treatment is provided by certified/licensed professionals and is offered in both group and individual formats. They are licensed to provide DUI programming. LifeHouse Behavioral Health's management also operates a SUPR-licensed residential Recovery Home in Dixmoor, IL, allowing them to have a unique understanding of the challenges that come with substance use disorders.

The Engagement Center offers a welcoming community where people living on the streets can grab a cup of coffee, find a safe place to rest, access food and other basic necessities, and, perhaps most importantly, experience the warm embrace of a community that treats them with the respect and dignity that all deserve. The Center also offers enrichment groups, a food pantry, various types of medical care, substance use counseling with harm reduction supplies (when the center is open), and on-site Narcotics Anonymous and Alcoholics Anonymous meetings.

St. John XXIII Parish has a free and confidential recovery resource, available to those who are struggling with an addiction, or for family members and others who love them. They are there to listen and can also provide times and locations for local AA meetings, some of which are held at St. John XXIII. Zoom meetings are also available.

DUI Counseling & Evaluation Services, Inc. - Chicago facilitates psychosocial treatment where a small group of patients meets regularly to talk, interact, and discuss problems with each other and the group leader. Group treatment consists of didactic and counseling groups.
