The Love, Unity, and Values (LUV) Institute's Ladies of Leadership (LOL) program is a 6 week internship program where participants will learn how to facilitate peace circles, build community, and collaborate on developing restorative leadership principles for youth. Additionally, interns will assist in creating materials for distribution at events. They create and facilitate conversations around topics that directly affect the youth and the environment that they live in. Roll Call's Creative Art Fashion & Design Program trains youth to explore creativity, arts, and fashion, by introducing youth to life skills that can lead to entrepreneurship opportunities in the future. Children develop creativity and passion for fashion by learning how to sew, create custom clothing, t-shirt design styling, creating novelty items, merchandise marketing, and financial literacy. They also learn to become leaders by lending their voices during youth-led meetings among their peers.

Elk Grove Township Challenge Program helps children develop social skills and leadership through experiential learning in small groups. They offer groups for ASD children, children who have trouble making friends, girls (Girls Empowerment), bullying prevention, and others. They also offer team building for groups such as boy scouts, girl scouts, sports teams, and church groups.
