The Program is accelerated by the Illinois State Board of Higher Education and will train and prepare the students to become ASE Certified. Training Observation Practice Program (T.O.P.) is an approved WIOA program geared towards students who are interested in gaining an Automotive Service Excellence Certificate (ASE), which is recognized by the automotive industry. The T.O.P. program has three categories a student will learn about: 'Under the Hood' (A1-A9) or the 'Auto Maintenance and Light Repair' (G1). This training provides a condensed overview of the courses provided, followed by 'Collision' (B1-B5).

The Wagner-Peyser employment services, administered by the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL), grants to states, adult education and family literacy programs, as well as State Vocational Rehabilitation Service programs to assist eligible individuals with disabilities in obtaining employment. Both core programs are administered by the U.S. Department of Education (ED).
