Youth Job Center (YJC) has partnered with Chicago Community Learning Center (CCLC) to provide a free healthcare training program that lasts 18 to 20 weeks and is designed to jumpstart your healthcare career. The training combines classroom and hands-on learning and is free of charge for all YJC clients. The Love, Unity, and Values (LUV) Institute's Certified Nursing Assistant program is done in partnership with Nirvana Institute. Registered and licensed practical nurses equip participants with the knowledge and necessary skills to provide essential healthcare services. The curriculum includes classroom instruction, hands-on clinical training, and supervised practical experience in a local hospital or healthcare facility.Upon completion, participants receive a Certified Nurse's Aid Certificate, a Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Certificate, 120 credits towards their state boards, an allowance for state boards, and a stipend for completing this program.

The Program is accelerated by the Illinois State Board of Higher Education and will train and prepare the students to become ASE Certified. Training Observation Practice Program (T.O.P.) is an approved WIOA program geared towards students who are interested in gaining an Automotive Service Excellence Certificate (ASE), which is recognized by the automotive industry. The T.O.P. program has three categories a student will learn about: 'Under the Hood' (A1-A9) or the 'Auto Maintenance and Light Repair' (G1). This training provides a condensed overview of the courses provided, followed by 'Collision' (B1-B5).

The Chicago House Community Health Apprenticeship Program (CHAP) is a hands-on training and certification program to help Black/Latinx, LGBTQ+ young people ages 18-34 start their careers as community health workers in the HIV field. In this six-week training, CHAP Apprentices learn the latest in industry practices to provide comprehensive sexual health education to peers and community members and receive Illinois Department of Public Health certification as HIV testers and counselors.
