Eligibility
Must be resident of Wheaton, Winfield or Glen Ellyn; Has not received any related assistance in the past 12 months; A financial emergency, extenuating circumstances, or drop in income occurred within 90-days of request: Must have the ability to pay household expenses beyond assistance; Must meet program income guidelines.

Photo ID
Social security cards for all members
Gross income for all members and sources of income
Asset verification
Lease/Mortgage Statement
5-day notice/court eviction documents/verification of current living situation if homeless
Monthly household expenses.

Application process
(1) Complete a phone intake, (2) An appointment will be provided to a Case Manager for further assessment , (3) A Case Manager will contact the applicant by phone to complete a comprehensive assessment by phone.
