Application process
Rides must be scheduled in advance by calling (630) 257-2522, reservations are taken on a first-called, first-served basis. Rides are intended for non-emergency medical purposes only
Fees
Self-pay; Fare round trip is $25.00 if traveling 1-12 miles, $30.00 for 13-25 miles, $35.00 for 26-30, and $40.00 for 31-35 miles; Reduced rates are available for low-income residents and are approved by the Human Services Department

Lemont Township operates the Vanpool transportation service to provide non-emergency transportation for Township residents to medical appointments that are located outside of Lemont Township. Vanpool is a door-to-door service and operates Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm. Passengers requiring assistance (wheelchairs, etc.) must have a companion to accompany them. One ride-along passenger/caregiver travels at no charge.
