Greenlight Family Services offers mediation services to adoptive, birth, and foster parents who disagree with the caseworker assigned to their child. Disagreements may involve subsidy payments, visitation, service plans, and more. Greenlight contracts with independent mediators who are not affiliated with the Illinois Department of Children and Family Services.

Greenlight Family Services is a nonprofit organization that has been serving Illinois since 2003. Greenlight's work centers on Illinois adoption and guardianship, as well as post-adoption and post-guardianship services. Families include those with children who were a part of the foster care system and those who have not been involved. Greenlight also provides free trauma-informed therapy sessions for students who are survivors of sexual assault through its Greenlight Counseling program.
