Eligibility
Resident of DuPage, Kane or Lake County; Parents must be either be working and/or enrolled in school or approved TANF activity; Must find a child care provider willing to accept child care assistance funding; Must complete the Application for Child Care Assistance; Must meet household income guidelines.
Required documents
Photo ID proof of address Social Security Cards for all members if available otherwise other documentation may be accepted income statements verification of employment and/or school status. Additional information may be required.
