Chicago State University-Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act is designed to assist unemployed and underemployed individuals as they return to the workforce. To qualify for the grant, applicants must meet eligibility and suitability criteria.

Chicago State University - Project Success provides counseling and information on college admissions to 1,200 qualified adults who want to enter or continue a program of post-secondary education or enter a GED program. The program's services are intended for low-income or first-generation college students. Verification of income is required for financial aid purposes. Walk-ins are accepted on Wednesdays with lunch hours between 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM. Hours are subject to change. Call for more information about walk-ins throughout the week and required documents.
