Residents of DuPage County 60 years of age and older; Must be homebound and have difficulty preparing own meals due to illness or disability.

(1) Call 630-407-6500 to confirm eligibility and sign up. (2) After the meal deliveries begin, a case manager from Community Services will make an appointment for a follow-up home visit.
