Eligibility
Home Care services are available to persons of all ages in need of assistance in the home. The program is offered to anyone requiring personal services, in urgent cases or on a regularly scheduled basis, for those recovering from surgery, mothers with newborns, elderly who live independently, those needing long-term care due to chronic illness or disability, and family caregivers who need assistance.
