Centers for Family Change offers Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), an approach based on the idea that how people think influences how they feel and behave. CBT often focuses on negative thoughts and beliefs people hold about themselves or others. CBT helps clients recognize that these are assumptions rather than facts and focuses on helping them establish more realistic and adaptive ways of thinking about themselves and their lives.
