New Moms' comprehensive, fully paid, 16-week Job Training program blends classroom and on-the-job training at their social enterprise candle company, Bright Endeavors, to create positive environments of learning and employment practice for young moms 18-24 years old. Young moms are paired with a Supportive Employment Coach for the duration of the training and up to 2 years post-program. They set and track productivity goals along with having the opportunity to opportunity to pursue educational opportunities such as GED programs, forklift certification, and First Aid/CPR certification.
