Application process
(1) Those arrested for DUI must first undergo alcohol and drug evaluation, (2) Following evaluation, a risk classification (minimal, moderate or high) and recommendation is made, (3) Arrive at the site 30 minutes early to complete the intake session
Fees
Medicaid, Sliding Scale, Private Insurance, Self-Pay
Provides treatment for substance abuse and chemical dependence, halfway house and recovery home programs, and outpatient services for those 13 years of age and older. Offers classes and counseling for DUI and DUI evaluations.
