Eligibility
Child who has been in foster care for at least 6 months. Adoptive Parent must be: 21 years or older; Fulfill DCFS Illinois family licensing requirements; Prove income to adequately provide for the child; Have no severe criminal background; Provide a specific, written backup plan for guardianship
