Youth Services accepts insurance from Aetna, Blue Cross / Blue Shield PPO, Cigna, ComPsych, Humana, Magellan, MHN. If an insurance carrier is not on this list or the applicant does not have insurance, there are several other payment options that are available. Please print and fill out the online intake forms prior to the appointment.
