Eligibility
Single persons between 18-24 years of age who are Homeless, have no violent or sex offenses, and are willing to reduce substance use; Must meet HUD's definition of literal homelessness and be able to provide documentation for proof; Priority given to residents in Kane and DuPage counties.

Emergency stabilization, follow-up counseling, and supportive services for youth 11-17 years of age, and youth under 25 who identify as LGBTQ+ can receive counseling at a location of their choosing. Education on drug and alcohol use and prevention programs are also available for youth and their parents.
