Brighton Park Neighborhood Council (BPNC) is a HUD-approved non-profit organization equipped with HUD-certified counselors that offer foreclosure prevention counseling free of charge. Foreclosure prevention counseling provides the opportunity for homeowner to know their home retention options and how BPNC can assist them. You can expect to discuss: Loss mitigation options directly with your mortgage, Budget management/revision, Provisional programs (state/nationwide), Stages of foreclosure, and next steps. Brighton Park Neighborhood Council (BPNC) is a community-based, grassroots organization on Chicago's southwest side, a predominantly Latinx and immigrant community. They work to empower the community and build its capacity by providing school and community-based services and programs. BPNC also engages leaders in social justice organizing campaigns.
