Eligibility
Must be actively engaged in farming or ranching; Must have experienced a major injury, serious illness, or a natural disaster that prevents them from completing seasonal farm work.
Required documents
Photo Producer Farm Data Report from your local Farm Service Agency (Previous year's FSA-578 to show history of farming operation) FSA maps with fields highlighted Letter from physician if application is based on medical illness or injury Additional documents may be requested.
