Eligibility
Open to those who are gainfully employed, with sufficient income to pay small down payment and mortgage payments, are able to commit to provide 250-300 hours of "Sweat Equity" labor on their home or other community projects, and not currently owning a home

Works in partnership with families to build decent, affordable homes. Homes are built with donated or discounted materials and services and then sold at no profit to partner families.
Habitat carries a 0% interest mortgage on the home for a period of 15-20 years until the partner family owns their home free and clear.
Builds only one home per year. The application process for each home opens in May of each year for the following year.
