Call to schedule an appointment to be screened for eligibility or for additional information, township staff will assess resident needs, assist in the application process, and provide ongoing support.

Township of Schaumburg Emergency Assistance provides financial support through a crisis circumstance such as an eviction or utility disconnection. Applicants must be a resident of the Township and a U.S. citizen or qualified immigrant. Emergency Assistance can be issued once in any twenty-four (24) month period. Program guidelines are established by the Welfare Services Department.
