Eligibility
Missouri Referrals:
  • Uninsured and must meet low income qualification, as well as the following
  • Have no private or government vision insurance (no Medicare or Medicaid)
  • Have income below an established level based on household size
  • Not have had an eye exam within two years
  • Must be a US citizen
  • If an individual or family is eligible, they will be matched with a volunteer doctor of optometry who will provide a comprehensive eye exam at no charge
  • Infants Referrals: Ages 6 months-1 year
