Eligibility
  • Must be ages 19-35 years at time of application
  • Have a diagnosed developmental disability
  • Able to communicate needs effectively
  • Socially compatible with others
  • Willing and able to live and work within a structured program and living environment that provides choices
  • Can make decisions with support
  • Are self-medicating
  • Can manage their time, schedule, budget appropriately with assistance if necessary
  • Motivated to work or volunteer a minimum of 20 hours per week
  • Able to and motivated to live independently
  • Developmentally ready to make a commitment to a comprehensive residential and community-based program
