Application process
This program offers a monthly food box of shelf-stable food and a block of cheese.Ingredients vary, but may include some combination of canned fruit, vegetables, protein, milk, juice, cereal, peanut butter, grains and pasta.
Chicago Hope Inc. provides a program to improve the health of elderly people aged 60 and older who meet income eligibility requirements by supplementing their diets with nutritious USDA commodity foods.
