Application process
(1) Call Domestic Violence Hotline 24/7 or walk in during posted hours to speak to a trained counselor. (2) A preliminary interview will determine referrals to be given for other programs and services within DuPage County. (3) Counselors can also provide information on all relevant programs offered, including the shelter program and its specific guidelines - for safety reasons, shelter locations kept confidential.
