Women ages 18–23 who are pregnant or already have one child; young men and women ages 18–29 who may have no children, one child, or more than one child.

Application process
(1) Call either the Wheaton Youth Outreach or Jubilee Village directly at their listed numbers to complete an intake (2) If appropriate, an interview with the Program Director and Clinical Case Manager will be set up (3) If accepted into the program, a meeting will be scheduled to complete all needed paperwork and to schedule a move-in date.
