Through the Step Up Kids Program, families are supported by aiding children when they need it most - through learning and helping them have the tools they need to thrive. This program includes:Support for children dealing with mental health in the home, including self-care tools like books, journals, art kits, and mental health resources. (In conjunction with a parent (s) need to call the helpline for support and/or resources.)Helping with emergency school supplies or tools for elementary and high school youth and young adults in college/uni during the school year.

Step Up For Mental Health's mission is to support, educate, and provide services to empower families living with the challenges of mental health disorders. They do this by providing a safe place to share stories and find support for others who are dealing with mental health disorders or caring for a family member with a mental illness. They believe that mental health issues impact social issues, including education, homelessness, and poverty. Step Up For Mental Health® strives to match families with resources to help move them toward a more productive life.
