The Chicago Department of Public Health (CDPH) immunization clinics offer free vaccines for children from birth to 18 years old. Currently, they serve uninsured, underinsured, Medicaid (Title XIX), and Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP; also known as Title XXI or state-funded) recipients only. Please bring your insurance card if you are insured to the appointment. No one will be turned away.
