Eligibility
Must be 21 years of age or older with child(ren) under the age of 18 years; Must be homeless or at-risk of homelessness; Must be living or working in DuPage County; Must have the ability to obtain and maintain employment; Must have a valid driver's license; Must pass a criminal background check; Must have some form of income that is reported to the IRS (Earned income, SSI/SSDI. TANF, Unemployment, Child Support).

Proof of current living situation Proof of income and assets Proof of any current public benefits Social security cards Drivers license or State ID card Car insurance School transcripts Resume Birth certificates for children Proof of authorization to work in the United States.

(1) Call to complete an eligibility screening by phone, (2) If eligible, an application will be completed over the phone, (3) If the application has been selected, an appointment will be scheduled to complete an intake interview
