U.S. Veterans who served more than 180 days of active service after training; Immediate family member of a U.S. Veteran; Surviving family member of a U.S. Veteran.

Disability Decision (PEB, VA Rating Letter) if applicable
Photo ID (Driver's License, State ID, or Military ID)
Proof of household income.
