Determined by a child's age, family income, and specific circumstances. Generally, families with children ages 0-5 (and pregnant women) whose income is at or below the federal poverty guidelines are eligible. Additionally, children from homeless families, foster care, or families receiving public assistance like TANF, SSI, or SNAP are also eligible
