Eligibility
Have a permanent resident/refugee/asylee or affirmative pending asylum status with full work authorization; Hold a Bachelor's degree or higher from a non-U.S. institution; Residing in Illinois; Have been living in the U.S. for 7 years or less; Have some professional work experience outside the U.S. ; Access to a computer; Be able to speak, read, and write intermediate to fluent English.
