If you'd like to learn more, to submit a request, or call (773) 248-5200 and request a Residential Housing application be sent to you. If you are in immediate need of housing or shelter, call 311.

The Residential Housing program serves single adults living with HIV in efficiency or studio apartments, as well as 1-3 bedrooms for families impacted by HIV. Residents have on-site access to Chicago House services and support staff, including: case management, medical care coordination and regular programming and activities.
